Ingredients
2 Pears
Balsamic glaze, to drizzle (or balsamic vinegar)
8 ounces of Brie Cheese, approximately
2 Cups Baby Arugula
1/4 Cup Raw Walnuts, chopped
Directions
  1. Slice pears into quarters and remove the seeds and stem. Cut quarters into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Cut brie cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
  3. Take a small skewer, and thread a piece of pear, a bundle of arugula, and then a piece of cheese onto skewer stick. Place skewer on a serving platter and repeat until you run out of cheese and pears. You can also fold the arugula in half to make a smaller bundle and thread the skewer onto the rind part of the cheese.
  4. Chop walnuts and gently press a few pieces onto the brie cheese so they stick.
  5. Drizzle the top of pear and cheese skewers with balsamic glaze.
  6. Serve & Enjoy!
